2. Forever Caring: a. The payment made for the lamp lighting service includes perpetual care for the lit lamp. b. We commit to maintaining the lamp's illumination and ensuring it continues to shine for the chosen recipient indefinitely.

3. Personalized Thank You Letter: a. A personalized thank you letter will be sent to the person for whom the lamp is lit. b. The letter will include the sender's name and a message expressing gratitude, such as "Thank you for what you do; this light will shine for you forever."

4. Fundraiser Project for Meurneoba Education: a. Meurneoba.ge is a fundraiser project, and all proceeds from the lamp lighting service will be used for the Meurneoba Education initiative. b. The funds generated will contribute to the improvement and development of Georgian public schools to establish their own Meurneoba.

5. Payment and Refunds: a. Payments for the lamp lighting service are non-refundable. b. In the event of any technical issues or failure to light the lamp, we will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation or provide a suitable alternative.

6. Accuracy of Information: a. It is the responsibility of the user to provide accurate and complete information, including the recipient's name and any accompanying message. b. We are not liable for any inaccuracies resulting from user-provided information.

7. Intellectual Property: a. All content on the website, including images of the lit lamps on the thanksgiving field, is the intellectual property of meurneoba.ge. b. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute such content without explicit permission.
